What it is
The end of the double-booking wars.
Every office has the same fight: the room that's booked but empty, the meeting camped past its slot, the pair hovering at the glass wondering if they can go in. Tap Scheduler settles it — the room's truth, displayed at the door.
The edge lighting does the heavy lifting: green glows down the corridor for free, red for taken. Up close, the panel shows who has the room, until when, and lets you grab it for the stand-up that needs ten minutes now.
Because it's purpose-built for scheduling, it deploys like infrastructure: one PoE cable, glass-mount hardware in the box, and the same CollabOS management as the room system inside.

How we deploy it.
- Mounted at eye height beside the door — on glass with the clean-mount kit, no drilling through the panel wall.
- Connected to the same room account as the system inside, so the door and the table never disagree.
- Rolled out fleet-wide it changes floor behaviour in a week: ghost bookings drop, ad-hoc rooms get used, facilities finally gets real utilisation data.
